The Kai Shun Classic Groentemes 9 cm features a rust-resistant, damascus steel blade measuring 9 cm with a hardness of 61-62 HRC. The blade is made up of 32 layers of steel, making the knife highly resistant to corrosion and ensuring it remains sharp. This also creates the distinctive semi-glossy pattern that gives the knives their beautiful, classic Japanese appearance. Use this utility knife for cutting vegetables and fruits. The pakka wood handle fully encloses the blade, preventing it from coming loose and providing excellent protection against dirt.
